He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hayden and Eleanor Hayden; his children, Gerard, Geraldine and Diane; his siblings, Ann Haas (Tony) and James Hayden; his grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jennifer Hayden; and his parents-in-law, Sylvester and Helen Benz.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Ann Hayden; his children, Tim Hayden (Cindy), Denise Siegel (John) and Kathy Forman (Todd); his grandchildren, Joe Hayden (Kelly), Emma Siegel, Maia and Tess Forman; his great grandchild Lyla Hayden; and his sister Claire LoBuono. He is also survived by numerous cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
