We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 84, Shelba Jean Messer (West Chester, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd "Jerry" Messer. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Messer (late Cynthia), Garry Messer (April), Ronald Messer (Mary), Dian Zoz (Robert) and Kevin Messer (Alana). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Serenity Baptist Church 9000 Cox Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069.
