He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Earl Blount and Ruth Blount; his brother Rick Blount; and also Don Flannery.
He is survived by: his daughter Christa (Jeff Hobe); his granddaughters, Kathryn and Keira; his mother-in-law Crystal Pierson (David) of Mansfield, OH; his brother-in-law Donald Flannery of Middletown, OH; and his siblings, Cheri Doughty (Dean) of Columbus, IN and Mel Blount of Bellbrook, OH. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
The family requests donations to Stepping Forward and Food Pantry of Faith Community UMC in lieu of flowers.
