He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Franklin Burch and Katherine Wilson Barr; his stepfather Lawrence Barr; and his brothers, Frederick and Joseph Burch.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Greg Burch (Jan), Lisa Cope (Doug), Lori Burch and Chris Burch (Tracy); and his sisters, Lois Huff and Linda Loschiavo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
