He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Kathaleen Hoskins; and his parents, Carl Hoskins and Edith Hoskins. He is survived by: his children, Mark Dewayne Hoskins (Stephanie) and Melissa Jean Hoskins; his grandchildren, Andrew Jensen (Jordan), Kaitlyn Seibert (Matthew) and Cody Hoskins; and his siblings, Carl Wayne Hoskins (Rhonda) and Theresa Ellen Phelps (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - West Chester (8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
