He is survived by: his children, Mark Dewayne Hoskins (Stephanie) and Melissa Jean Hoskins; his grandchildren, Andrew Jensen (Jordan), Kaitlyn Seibert (Matthew) and Cody Hoskins; and his siblings, Carl Wayne Hoskins (Rhonda) and Theresa Ellen Phelps (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
