With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reva Diane Warren of West Chester, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Adams; and her siblings, Larry Adams and Dixie Phelps (late Bill). She is survived by: her husband Barney "Red" Warren. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice.
