He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Avery. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Avery and Joann Avery; his sister-in-law Mary Avery; his nephew Travis Avery; his great-nephews, Keegan, Kolton and Karter Avery; and his close friend Tim James.
