It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllia Jeanne Gephart of West Chester, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Graham and Ethel Graham (Penwell); her husband Raymond "Muggs" Gephart; her daughter Lynda Rae Owens; and her sisters, Geraldine Kidwell, A. Eileen Long Blackburn and Pauline Long Baber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leann Thacker (Kevin) and Lori Banks (Steve); her son-in-law Wilbur Owens; her grandchildren, Matt Owens (RaeAnn), Kurt Owens (Susan), Jared Thacker, Lucas Thacker (Gwen), Donald Banks and Jessica Thacker (Justin Reidmatter); and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Riley, Elijah, Jeremiah, Malia, Julia and Clay. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
