She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Hemmings and Jamie Courtney (Daniel); her grandchildren, Melody Stewart, Lauren Addleman (Nicholas), Matthew Courtney (Jill) and Mary Courtney; her great grandchild Hailey Addleman; and her sister Mary Majerus. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
