She is survived by: her daughter Debra Kay Monroe (Franklin Kelly) of West Chester; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Monroe of West Chester, Kristen Richman (Chad) of Germany, Katrina Rub (Kevin) of Monroe and Kelly Mullins (Jacob) of Somerville; her great grandchildren, Patrick, Andrew Richman and Daniel Rub; her sister Phyllis Harvey (Stephen) of Lima; and her nephews, Jim Harvey (Heather) of Elida, Scott Harvey of Fountain City, CO, John Harvey of Elida and Steve C. Harvey (Melissa) of Lima.
