He was predeceased by: his mother Cleo Shearer (Cunningham); and his stepfather Willard Shearer. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Smithson; his siblings, Nyoka Dalton (Ron) and Gail Smithson (Marji); his daughters, Tina Morningstar (Joseph) and Angel Meadows; his grandchildren, Alexandra Robinson (Tabb), Kenadi and Kooper Meadows; and his child Kodi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; loving dog.
