She was predeceased by: her parents, James Owings and Mary Sue Owings (Pheny). She is survived by: her husband Steve; her daughters, Bethany (Michael) and Kathleen (Jon); her grandchildren, Miriam, James, Ruth and Caroline; her sister Patricia (Eddie); her nephew Chad; her niece Christy (Mark); her stepmother Dorothy; and her stepsisters, Martha and Marybeth. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the children's ministry of Bethany Church in Liberty Township, or to Hospice of Cincinnati.
