We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2022, at the age of 54, Kevin Patrick Clements of West Chester, Ohio, born in Patuxent River, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, E. David Clements and Billie Clements (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Amy Witwer Clements; his sister Erin Kalo (Steven) of Valley City, Ohio; his nephews, Nate, Eric and Adam Kalo; his brother-in-law Jeffrey (Joy); his niece Ayanna Witwer of Dayton, Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Brian and Sally Witwer of Fort Wayne; and his stepfather David Guerin of Mishawaka, Indiana..

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity.
