It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Zigler of West Chester, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Rhoades and Dorothy Evelyn Rhoades (Rasor). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Zigler; her brother William Leroy Rhoades; and her nieces, Julia Lynn Mattera and Connie Annette Rhoades.
