He is survived by: his mother Mildred Ratliff; his children, Christie Honchell and Jon Ratliff; his grandchildren, Kaiya and Xander Honchell; his siblings, Diane Schneider (Larry), Victoria Gehler (Steve), Wilda Parker, Madaline Gabbard and Marvin; and his nieces and nephews, Tracey Schneider-Granello (Joe), Tonya Erskine (Pat), Tammy Gabbard, Michelle Klinemann (Mike), Andrea Parker, Justin Ratliff (Laura), Kevin Ratliff, Keith Ratliff, Bo Gabbard, Todd Gabbard (Alicia) and Jeremi Parker (Amy). He is also survived by ten great-nieces and 6 greatnephews.
