He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah Lorraine Hice; his stepgrandson Terry Anderson (Karla); his stepgreat-grandson Andrew Holden; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Keller (Paul), Kim Crawford (Justin), Lisa Geiger, Scott Brown (Lisa Marie) and David Brown; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew Keller (Katelin), Kaylee, Hannah, Joshua Crawford, Ava, Elisabeth Geiger, Carter Brown, Abigail and Isabel Brown; his brother-in-law George Brown (Ginny); his brother Tom Hice; and his parents, Mary Lou Hice (McClung) and Frances Robert Hice.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Hice; and his son Robert Earl Hice (Teresa).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking memorial donations be sent to Hospice of Middletown.
