He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Strayer and Gertrude Strayer (LeVan). He is survived by: his spouse Gerri Todd (Clifton Church) of Christ; his children, Tammie Scarbrough Borenski (John) and Steve Scarbrough (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Justin (Megan), Hayley and Madison Scarbrough.
