We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 79, John A. Klotz (West Chester, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Eileen; and his sister Cheryl. He is survived by: his wife Diana Klotz; and his children, Grace Wade, Irene Fields, Lynn Beeler (Jim), Greta Klotz, Doug Doughman (Paula), Joanne Jacob (John) and Jeanette Allender (James).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to either Hospice of Southwest or Alzheimer's Association.
