We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2020, at the age of 81, Joan Loretta Fowler of West Chester, Ohio, born in Pulaski, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Tidwell and Bessie Tidwell; her husband Edward L. Fowler; and her sister Eva Nell Glover. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Ransick (Mark), E. Todd Fowler (Maureen) and Judy Wallace (Doug); her grandchildren, Daniel Ransick (Angie), Laura Tenhover (Justin), Rachel Ransick (Nick), Austin Fowler, Rebecca Zaccaria (Nick), Claire Fowler, Amy Wallace, Alex Wallace (Kaitlin) and Anna Wallace; and her great grandchild Joyce Blust. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
