She is survived by: her husband John Carl Bartos; her parents, David Johnson and Eileen Johnson; her sibling Erin Moore (John); her parents-in-law, Jon and Janis Bartos; her sister-in-law Christine Werlein (Steve); her nephews, Jacob and Joshua; and her niece Julia Werlein. She is also survived by several cousins and dear friends.
