With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Smith (West Chester, Ohio), who passed away on August 10, 2021 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kathryn Ann Smith and James Leroy Smith (Chrissie); his daughter Cassidy; his siblings, Jason (Shanna), Justin, Jeremy, Jeanne (Charles) and Jaye (David); and his nieces and nephews, Cheyenne, Casey, Chase, Ben, Kat, Riley, Nora and Iris.
