He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gin Umina; his children, Christina Collins, Tiffany Collins and Thomas Collins; his grandchildren, Kobe, Jayden of Cameron, D. J., Jackson and Liam; his parent Thomas Umina; his siblings, Scott Umina (Beth) and Nicole Kelley; his nieces, Caitlin Brunton (Bo) and Megan Umina; and his nephew Jacob Umina.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - West Chester (8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
