She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Bullard and Janice Bullard (Cummings); and her son Joshua Hartzell. She is survived by: her children, Sara Robbe (Jason), Rebecca Lanners (DJ) and Matthew Hartzell; her grandchildren, Evan and Chase Lumpkin; her children, Annslee, Cashton Lanners and Quinn Robbe; and her fiancé Dan Spinosi. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
