It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Donald Richter of West Chester, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret V. Richter and Donald E. Richter of Columbus, Ohio.. He is survived by: his siblings, Craig M. of Columbus, Ohio, Bruce A. of Tyler and Janet V. Boyer (Michael) of Kewadin, Michigan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Jay's memory to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
