McCarthy, David McCarthy (Anna) and Paul McCarthy (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Tina Cupp, Michelle Barker, Willie Menz, Chris Menz, Chris McCarthy, Jeff McCarthy, Carrie McCarthy, Maria Telles, Jon McCarthy, Kevin McCarthy, Lisa Adams and Katy Combs.
