Smith of West Chester, Ohio, born in Woodbine, Kentucky, who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Smith and Lela Opal Smith (Terrell); and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Smith and Mike Smith (Jackie); his grandchildren, Madison Smith and Andrew Smith; and his siblings, Carol, Judy, Jewel and Paul.
