He is survived by: his mother Ana Maria Martinez Wuffarden; his brothers, Jorge, Jose Giacomotti (Pito) and Alejandro Delgado (Ale); his wife Holly Munoz; his children, Alexa Munoz Sparks, Ian Munoz Sparks and Mathias Munoz Sparks; his sister Maria Pia Munoz Martinez (Jamie Walker); his parents-in-law, Beverly Foutz (Phil), Jack Sparks (Joan), Step and Brian Foutz (Hollie); his siblings-in-law, Tyler Sparks (Kim), Laurie Wethington (David) and Trisha Adkins (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Ezekiel, Selah, Phoebe, Naomi Sparks, Abby, Rachel Foutz, Jacob, Jesse Wethington, Ashlynn Falk, Jerrin Scott, Austin and Sky Adkins; and his cousins, Enrique, Jorge Eduardo, Juan Carlos Cornejo Martinez, Luciana, Claudia Martinez Hernandez, Javier, Mariana, Rodrigo Olazabal Martinez, Augusta, Slivana, Luis Fernando Martinez Berrios, Sofia, Hernan, Gino Grazini Martinez, Aurelio and Jose Luis Carcelen Martinez.
