He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Vance and Trina Loeffler (Orville); his grandchildren, Jacob Vance (Amanda), Jessica Hunley (Travis) and Malachi Lane; and his great grandchildren, Collin, Emma, Ellison, Eva and Austin.

“My Deepest Sympathy to the family of Mr. Lane. I've known Mr. Lane for 54 years. He was a good neighbor to me and my family. He invited me and my family to Landmark Baptist Church right away. He was a deaconess at landmark at that time in 1969. We got to know his mother also. My wife loved her. I personally wish the family well.
