He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose and Douglas; his wife Wanda M. Sorter; his daughters, Teresa Grau and Jenn Minter; and his sister Virginia Houze.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Semones (Jim) and Renee Plavsic (John); his grandchildren, Christi, Keli, Ben, Bryan, Damien and Casey; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Liam, Adelynn and Oakley; and his sister Evelyn Coad.
