He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Dick and Faye Dick; his former wife Marcia Dick; and his brother Daryl Dick. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dick; his children, Donna Myers (Chris) and Donny Dick (Amy); his grandchildren, Katrina Laird, Jacob, Sophie Myers, Cameron, Zoey, Madison and Carter Dick; and his stepchildren, Chris (Regina), Kandie and Dawn Maynard. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
