He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Barbara Smith; and his sister Phyllis Winston. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Smith; his children, Dawn Crawford and William Smith (Regina); his grandchildren, Gordon Smith (Julia), Riley Marie Smith, Logan Smith and Danielle Crawford; his great grandchildren, Holden and Myles Smith; and his brother Michael Smith (Mary Jo).
