He is survived by: his wife Monna; his children, Rachel Shipley (Mel) of Williamstown, WV, Robert Fisher (Regina) of Plain City, OH and Matthew Fisher (Carol) of Frisco, TX; and his grandchildren, Noah, Kylie, Garrett, Jack and Lyla.

Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or to the Dystonia Foundation.
