He was predeceased by: his father Charles Duncan; his former wife Mary Lynn Duncan (Fish); his siblings, Patricia Duncan, Reta "Kay" Cerniglia and William "Bill" Duncan; and his niece Kathy Ellenbecker.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Scott Duncan and Bradley Duncan (Carianne); his siblings, Charles Duncan (Helen) and Sandra Vogel (Irv); and his grandchildren, Hannah Lynn Darnell, Mackenzie Eleanor Duncan, Mattie Mae and Emma Grace Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Curtis' honor may be made to any charity of donor's choice.
