He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A.; his daughters, Michelle Striet (Joe) and Mary Beth Schnitzer; and his brother-in-law Joe Apke (Joan). He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Clevenger and Karen Frangiosa (Tony); his grandchildren, Ally, Mallory, Maddie Frangiosa, Sam, Will Striet, Tera McNutt (A. J.), Taylor Wallpe, Kalisha Tyner, Melanie Rogers, Lake Clevenger (Kelsey) and Reid Clevenger; his son Jeff Bowling; his brother Joe Clevenger (Sue); and his brother-in-law Charles Apke (late Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Easterseals Greater Cincinnati Veteran Services.
