She was predeceased by: her father John William Clarke. She is survived by: her mother Jane Clarke of Indianapolis; her daughter Amy; her close friend Chris Tanaka; her husband Chris Tanaka of West Chester; her children, Davis, John and Kate; her siblings, Brigid Clarke of Indianapolis, Caleb Clarke (Anna) of Dayton, Erin Kasprzak (Chad) of Holland, MI and Peter Clarke (Sarah Dyer) of Indianapolis; her parents-in-law, Don and Susan Tanaka of West Chester; her niece Ella Clarke; her goddaughters, Lucy Clarke, Clara Kasprzak and Courtney Kasprzak; and also, Will Clarke and Clarke Kasprzak.
