He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Cook; his children, David Cook (Kelly), Tony Cook (Ann) and Jenny Nestle (Sean); his son-in-law John Zide; his grandchildren, Tanner, Ethan, Cameryn, Kaitlyn, Casey Cook, Matthew, Andrew Hunt, Addison, Will Nestle, Alexis, Sydney and Izabel Zide; and his siblings, Linda Fischer, Denny Cook (Mary), Tommy Cook, Keith Cook, Dorothy Sanders and Michael Cook (Cindy).
