He was predeceased by: his father Clarence A. Baxter; and his siblings, Tracy S. Baxter and Pat Naracong. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Baxter (Knick); his children, Scott and Liz White of Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Craig White, Travis White, Ross Porter, Shane Porter, Corinne Porter and Andrew Baxter.
