She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leinmiller and Catherine Leinmiller (Miller); her husband John C. Polavics; and her brother Bernard Leinmiller. She is survived by: her son John J. Polavics; her granddaughter Micah Moore (Dwayne); her great grandchildren, Anthony French and Aaron Moore; and her close friends, Steve Brandell and Bill Brunner.
