He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Gephart and Eunice Gephart (Fritz). He is survived by: his children, Bryan Gephart (Jacki) and Holly Graves (Jesse); his grandchildren, Zayne, Dylan, Sarah and Anna; and his sisters, Sandy Tobias, Brenda Gisewite and Diana Gephart.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Arpp-Root & Carter Funeral Home (29 N Main St, Germantown, OH 45327). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
