He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, May Hicks and Oscar Hicks; his wife Doris Jean Hicks; and his daughter Cindy Jean Hicks Snyder. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Kettering Police Foundation in lieu of flowers.
