It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Boyd Martin of West Carrollton, Ohio, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Martin and Martha Martin (Daniel); and his wife Mary A. Martin. He is survived by: his sons, Curt Martin (Karla) and Butch Martin (Tanya); his grandchildren, Cassidy Weikert (Destiny), Krystle Castro (Santiago), Steven Isaac (Danielle), Samantha Garretson (Randy Graham), Neely Heil (Russell), Blake Martin, Jennifer Anderson (Jeremy) and Emily Kearney (Stephen); and his brother Elmer Martin (Jenette). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
