He was predeceased by: his parents, Lunda Kelly and Mona Kelly; his wife Virginia Kelly; his former wives, Lois Holsinger and Betty Kelly; and his siblings, Lemuel Kelly, Wanda Holbrook (Wilbur) and Wendell Kelly.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Kelly (Raquita), Phil Kelly (Karen), Kevin Kelly (Dawn) and Keith Kelly; his brother William Dale Kelly (Carol); his grandchildren, Adam Kelly, Michelle Pittman (Jeff) and Beth Marshall; his great grandchildren, Maggie, Avery Pittman and Marshall; and his sister-in-law Sue Kelly. He is also survived by numerous nephews and friends.
