She was predeceased by: her father Richard G. "Porky" Petticrew. She is survived by: her husband Michael Lashley; her mother Joyce "Punk" Petticrew (Gebhart); her siblings, Cindy Coffey (Dave) and Richard "Richie" Petticrew, Jr. (Jenny); her uncles, Gary Petticrew (Nita), Butch Gebhart (Jo) and Bud Gebhart (Amanda); her brothers-in-law, Richard Lashley and William Lashley (Kitza); her nieces and nephews, Tina Coffey, Abigail Nelson (Scott), Amanda Musolino (John), Nikki Smallwood (Brian), Felicity Lilly (Chris), Adam Petticrew, Andrew Lashley (Andrea) and Brent Lashley; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylar, Caley Shane, Jillian, Bridget, Paige Nelson, John, Anabelle, Angelina Musolino, Kathy Jewell-Morris, Robin Weaver, Eddie Stumbaugh and Joyce Seibert. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
