Thompson (Puterbaugh); his children, Tammy S. Thompson and Brian E. Thompson; his granddaughter Bayleigh C. Thompson; his brother Kenneth L. Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Thompson, Michael Puterbaugh (Patsy) and Ronnie Puterbaugh (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
