Joyce A. McCoy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce A. McCoy of West Carrollton, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Joyce's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joyce has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vergie Doolin (Estes) and Ernest Doolin; and her stepson David McCoy. She is survived by: her husband Orville W. McCoy; her stepchildren, Marlene Sue Crutchfield, Gary McCoy (Maida), Duane McCoy, Connie Dastrup (Richard) and Wilma McCoy; and her brother Bill Doolin (Peggy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Joyce A. McCoy.
