She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan B. Brown (Blair) and Woodrow Brown; her granddaughter JoAngel Perkins; her sister Patricia Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Miller and Jamie Herzog-Hawk.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur C. "Pete" Perkins; her children, Susie Perkins and Greg Perkins (Savanna); her siblings, Sheila Kemper (Lloyd), Brenda Stapleton, Jeanette Copas and Mark Brown; her grandchildren, Allexah Perkins, Maverick Perkins, Kash Perkins, Crew Perkins and Brexton Perkins; and her close friends, Connie Dorn, Jane Mayo and Carol Hime. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swart Funeral Home (207 E Central Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
