She was predeceased by: her parent August H.; her husband Earl Blackburn; and her siblings, Emil Dwerlkotte, Sylves Dwerlkotte, Gregory Dwerlkotte, Clara Pierce and Ida Lachowsky.

She is survived by: her parent Mary E. Dwerlkotte (Wassenberg); her daughters, Sylvia Marshall (Chuck), Jean Andrews (David) and Sarah Kiger (Jim); and her grandchildren, Denzil Chad Ritchie (Sara), Angela Dugger, Stephanie Scott (Vanessa), Stephen Marshall (Andrea), Tyler Kiger and Christopher Andrews. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
