He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Horner (Sam) and Caren Blackburn (Greg Chessman); his children, Christopher Blackburn and Heather Lilly; his grandsons, A. J. Lilly, Landon Lilly, Greg Lilly and Jerry Blackburn; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Blackburn (Julie Derkson), Dustin Horner (Crystal), Amie Minniear (David), Cindi Musgraves (Myles), Sara Massey and Megan Massey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mike, Matt Blackburn, Abby, Emelia Minniear, Hannah Horner, Presten Pierson, Makaylyn "Kaay Kaay" Alexander and Myles Massey; his close friends, Rhonda, Jean Chapman, Brian McNabb (Connie), Doug McNabb (Theresa), Holly Eggert, Darrell Haney and Skip Brooks; and also Brittnee Shae Kiser. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
