He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Smith; his brother Gregory Smith; and his brother-in-law Jeff Brown. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Smith (Aufuldish); his sister Adriane L. Brown; his nephew Daniel E. Brown (Cheryl Webb); his uncle Gerald W. Aufuldish (Judy); and his cousins, Melissa Mitchell (Galen) and Jerry Aufuldish (L. J.). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to SICSA or to Grace Lutheran Church in Galen's memory.
