He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolpha Howard and Agnes Howard (Pelphrey); his wife Sue E. Howard; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Howard, Maralene and Bill Good.
He is survived by: his children, Marci Yux (Dennis) and Dave Howard (Cynthia); his brothers, Larry Howard (Pat) and Phillip Howard; his grandchildren, Nathan Yux, Amanda Shearer (Gordon), Moriah Yux and Dr. Justin Davidson (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Fletcher Adams, Theo Adams, Noah Yux, Dakota Davidson, Cameron Davidson and Mackenzie Davidson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
